AI training, from the executive committee to developers

An AI system degrades when nobody in the company knows how to read it. NES Studio training teaches people to decide, use, build and control, on your real cases.

Regulatory framework

An obligation already in force

Since February 2025, the EU AI Act (Article 4) has required companies that use AI systems to ensure their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy, suited to their role.

The programmes below are designed for each audience, to meet this requirement in a proportionate and documented way.

Programmes

Four programmes, one per audience

Executive committee · 1 day

Steering AI

Deciding where AI acts, delegating without losing control, reading an operations report, assessing a supplier, knowing your obligations.

  • What an agent can do, and what it must never do alone
  • Ranking actions by reversibility
  • Costs, risks, dependencies: the questions to ask
  • AI Act and GDPR: what concerns the leadership team

Managers · 1 day

Delegating to AI without losing control

Bringing AI into a team's work: which tasks to hand over, how to check, how to respond to a mistake.

  • Identifying the tasks that can be delegated in your department
  • Organising human approval
  • Measuring the real gain, not the advertised one
  • Supporting a team through a change of method

Business teams · 1 to 2 days

Everyday AI, on your tools

Using AI for everyday tasks, with the right habits on data and verification.

  • Drafting, summarising, extracting, analysing: hands-on work on your documents
  • What never leaves the company
  • Checking an answer before using it
  • Working with an agent in service

Technical teams · 3 days

Building and running AI agents

The flagship programme: designing, coding, connecting and running agents in production, using real incidents as material.

  • Agent architecture: tools, memory, orchestration, MCP protocol
  • Choosing the model per task, keeping costs under control
  • Safeguards: scope, human approval, logging
  • Operations: daily checks, failure tracking, incident management
  • Practical work: an agent built and put into service during the session

Format

How it works

  • In-house, 4 to 12 participants, at your premises or remotely.
  • On your cases: a preliminary interview is used to build the exercises from your processes.
  • Assessment of learning at the end of the session and an individual certificate.
  • Detailed programme (objectives, prerequisites, duration, assessment methods) sent on request.
