The terms of the contract
- No hidden lock-in. The code, configuration and documentation belong to you and live on your systems.
- Controlled hosting. French infrastructure or your own, depending on how sensitive the data is.
- Evidence, not promises. Every delivery is checked against what actually changed, not against what an agent or a supplier says about it.
- Transparency about agents. Part of the work relies on AI agents, reviewed and approved. This is stated, written down and verifiable.
- The right to say no. A project that does not stand up is flagged before it is invoiced.
