Who it is for

Leaders who want to decide, not sit through a demo

Your teams are already trying AI tools, sometimes with no framework. Suppliers are offering “turnkey agents”. The gain looks real, but nobody wants a gadget, or a system that nobody will know how to stop.

The workshop brings together the chief executive and two to six members of the executive committee. No technical profile is required: it deals with your processes, your risks and your priorities.

Agenda

Four stages

  1. 0:00

Your processes, as they really are

A map of repetitive tasks, document and message flows, and the points where time is lost. No jargon: it starts from your day-to-day work.

  2. 1:00

    Ranking by reversibility

Each candidate task is classified: what an agent can do alone, what it can prepare for approval, what must stop in front of a decision-maker. This is the core of the method.

  3. 2:15

    Real cases, real failures

A demonstration of systems in service, and above all of what broke: agents that reported themselves healthy when they were not, costs that drifted silently. Enough to know what to demand from any supplier.

  4. 3:15

    Three prioritised cases

Three selected use cases, costed in time saved and in risk, each with its first concrete step and the indicator to track.

Deliverables

What you keep

  • A map of your processes ranked by reversibility: what can be automated, what can be prepared, what stays human.
  • Three use-case sheets: objective, estimated gain, risks, safeguards, first step, success indicator.
  • A checklist for assessing an AI supplier: the questions that reveal in ten minutes whether a system will be sustainable.
  • A written report within five working days.

The workshop is not a sales pitch in disguise. If the conclusion is that nothing should be automated for now, that is what the report will say.

Frequently asked questions

Before you book

Does the committee need technical skills?

No. The workshop is about your processes and your decisions. Technology only comes in to say what is feasible, and at what cost.

Where does it take place?

At your premises in Île-de-France (Paris region) and Hauts-de-France (northern France), or remotely anywhere in Europe. Engagements are conducted in French or English.

How is this different from an AI agency?

An agency sells the building of a tool. The workshop is first used to decide whether to build one, which one, and under what conditions it will stay under your control.

What about the confidentiality of our data?

No data is needed for the workshop. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before the session.

How much does the workshop cost?

€1,900 excl. VAT, including preparation, the workshop and the written report. The amount is fully deducted from any engagement signed within the following three months.
